Competitive analysis and customer research delivered digitally. All services defined per accepted proposal.

3. Pricing

EUR. IVA 21% (Spanish VAT). Payment via Stripe or bank transfer.

4. Confidentiality

All research data, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations are strictly confidential. Mutual NDA executed before every engagement. We never share client research with other clients, even in the same industry.

5. Research Ethics

All competitive intelligence gathered from publicly available sources, legitimate mystery shopping, and consented expert interviews. We comply with ESOMAR research ethics guidelines and GDPR for all primary research.

6. IP

Research deliverables become client property upon full payment. Our proprietary research frameworks and methodologies remain our exclusive property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Research informs strategy but does not guarantee business outcomes. We guarantee professional methodology and thorough execution.

8. Governing Law

Spanish law. Courts of Madrid. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Consumer Rights

14-day right of withdrawal per Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Law). Waived once research work commences with express consent.
