Refund Policy

1. Guarantee

We guarantee methodological rigor and thorough execution per industry best practices (ESOMAR, GDPR compliant). If deliverables do not meet the specifications in the accepted proposal, we revise at no additional cost.

2. Before Research Begins

Full refund within 14 days of payment.

3. During Research

Prorated refund for work not yet completed.

4. After Delivery

No refund for completed and delivered research. Strategic outcomes are not grounds for refund.

5. Process

Email info@jeth-consulting.com. Response within 2 business days. Stripe refund: 5-10 business days.

6. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal per RDL 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Law). Waived once research commences with consent.
